• Only items purchased directly from Jscosmeticsusa qualify for return.
• Products must be in new or gently used condition.
• If you received a free gift with your purchase, please return it with the product.
• Final sale and non-returnable items are clearly marked, so you’ll always know beforehand.

Just a heads up: We may occasionally need to deny returns that violate our policy or seem excessive.

Returns received after 60 days are considered on a case-by-case basis.

For qualifying returns, we’ll simply refund your purchase price to the original payment method you used.

Easy Returns in 3 Steps:

1. Print It!

Locate the return label we emailed you. Simply print it out at your convenience.

2. Pack It Up!

Carefully place your unwanted items back into the original box (if possible) or a sturdy cardboard box. Seal the box securely.

3. Ship It Out!

Here are two ways to return your package:

• Drop it Off: Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your box. Take it to any UPS location for free return shipping.
• Schedule a Pickup (Optional): If you prefer a pickup, use the instructions included in your return email to contact UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (additional fees may apply).

That’s it! We’ll take care of the rest and process your return once we receive it.
